Wastewater Impact Fees have been paid, but a Lift Station and 3" pressure line will be required to complete the planned WW system connection (see Exhibit B in drawings and previous cost estimate). Existing WW plan has been approved and Impact fees were paid; Benchmark Engineering Group says completion of existing WW project may resume immediately after a quick resubmission to Liberty Utilities. Liberty Utilities has confirmed that there is capacity on the line. Engineering Project: Sewer LXA #6013 regarding Sewer & Water Service (see attached WW Engineering Plan and Agreement, formerly approved in 2016-17). Natural Gas line runs adjacent to the property. Water is available, and will be installed by the Southern Utilities once fees have been submitted. See attached Oncor Letter of Agreement, buyer to determine if this agreement is still valid; the demand requirement calculations have been completed previously.
